My photographic journey begins

My photographic journey began in the mid-1970s with a Kodak Instamatic. With only a limited number of shots per roll, every click was precious, teaching me the importance of composition. The thrill of a clear, sharp print, especially after being told I was 'too close', sparked a lifelong drive: to prove the doubters wrong. That feeling of satisfaction still fuels my passion today.

My photos have ended up in many different media over the years

 My photos and my style have been called many things over the years, but I always seem to get the last laugh as my images have been published and exhibited.

My hope is simply for people to find joy in my photos. From exhibitions and weddings to charity work and images published in magazines, TV, and newspapers, my goal has always been to inspire. I've seen my work bring comfort to care home residents and empower those in challenging situations through photography workshops.
